Monarch provides a therapeutic learning environment for children with such neurological differences as ADD, learning disabilities, pervasive developmental disorder, Asperger's syndrome, Tourette's syndrome, seizure disorder and bipolar disorder. Teachers and psychologists work together with the student and his or her parents on emotional and behavioral self-regulation, as well as relationship and communicational skills. Academics span from the elementary grades through high school. Music therapy incurs an additional hourly fee. The school accepts the following conditions: ADHD, Anxiety Disorders, Aphasia, Asperger's Syndrome, Auditory Processing Disorders, Autism, Discalculia, Dysgraphia, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Learning Differences, Mood Disorder, Nonverbal Learning Differences, Obsessive/Compulsive Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Orthopedic/Neurological Disabilities, Pervasive Development Disorder, Prader-Willi Syndrome, Speech/Languague Impairments, Tourette’s Syndrome.
