The International School of Nice
15 ave Claude Debussy, 06200 Nice, France
Serving the international community of the Cannes-Nice-Monte Carlo region, ISN conducts a full English-language curriculum. The course of instruction follows models utilized by major international schools around the world. The lower school (grades K-5) emphasizes language and math skills and features programs in science, social studies, music, arts and crafts, drama and physical education. Children attend mandatory French classes each day. The self-contained middle school (grades 6-8) continues to stress skill development in all academic areas. The school gears its high school curriculum primarily toward the IGCSE and the IB, but students may also prepare for the TOEFL, as well as for certain American exams. Most graduates continue their studies at British universities. In addition to sports and other extracurriculars, the school organizes excursions to cultural events in southern France.
