The Inter-Community School of Zurich

Strubenacher 3, 8126 Zumikon, Switzerland

Offering an individualized program that integrates national and international teaching methods, ICS seeks to ease the transition to and from students' home systems. Roughly half of the pupils are either British or American. While the medium of instruction is English, all children except kindergartners study German, and French is compulsory from grade 7 on. Boys and girls prepare for the IB Diploma in grades 11 and 12. The school is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of Zurich.
