St. Joseph Academy

Florida's oldest Catholic high school, the academy was founded by the Sisters of St. Joseph of St. Augustine. In addition to honors and Advanced Placement courses, advanced students may take dual-enrollment classes offered by St. Johns River State College in four subjects: world civilizations, English composition, US history and Spanish. All boys and girls perform 25 hours of annual community service with a nonprofit organization, at least 10 of which must involve direct contact with people or animals in need.
