St. Andrew's Priory School
224 Queen Emma Sq, Honolulu, HI 96813
St. Andrew's Priory School, Hawaii's first school for girls, was founded by Anglican sisters and Queen Emma, wife of King Kamehameha IV. Curricular offerings include extensive visual and performing arts selections, computer, foreign languages and Advanced Placement preparation. St. Andrew's is affiliated with Hawaii Pacific University through the sharing of libraries, facilities, faculty and staff and ESL programs for international students. Qualified juniors and seniors may enroll in freshman-level courses at HPU at no additional cost. Each girl in grades 5-12 must purchase a notebook computer for school use. Located in downtown Honolulu, the Priory is easily accessible to all parts of Oahu. Students may participate in interscholastic sports, drama, science fair, and speech and math competitions. In addition to the regular day school program, the Priory offers educational opportunities to the larger community from preschool to adults.
