Park Tudor School
7200 N College Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46240
Park Tudor was established in 1970 from the merger of two long-standing private schools: Tudor Hall School for Girls, founded in 1902, and Park School for Boys, founded in 1914. The present-day school continues the tradition established by its predecessors by offering a liberal arts curriculum, small class size, a support staff of counselors and learning specialists, and fully equipped facilities. Located on a 52-acre campus, Park Tudor offers a sequential curriculum that provides children with age-appropriate learning experiences grounded in the basics and aimed at college preparation. Advanced Placement and elective courses in English, history, math, foreign languages and the sciences make use of the school's resources, as well as the cultural opportunities of Indianapolis. The Global Scholars Program for highly motivated juniors and seniors comprises advanced course work, independent research and presentation, self-assessment and service learning. The fine arts program offers curricular and extracurricular experiences in drama, vocal and instrumental music, the visual arts and dance.
