Oak Grove Lutheran School Oak Grove Lutheran School

Founded as a girls' school, Oak Grove became coeducational in 1926 and consolidated with the Lutheran Bible School the next year. There is an emphasis on music with a touring concert choir, a band and five other musical groups. With prior approval, upperclassmen may earn dual credit for course work completed at Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. Independent study is available at an additional fee for pupils interested in courses not available at Oak Grove. Serving children in grades pre-K-5, the school's south campus is located on 32nd Avenue. Although it is essentially a day school, Oak Grove maintains a small boarding division for international pupils in grades 9-12. Boarders reside with host families.
