The school offers a curriculum similar to that of American elementary and secondary schools. Elementary school children gain an introduction to Nepali language and culture through twice-weekly lessons, while older students explore the country through field trips and treks into mountain villages. Lincoln provides support services for boys and girls with special needs and those whose native language is not English, allowing those students to spend as much time as possible in traditional instructional settings. The high school curriculum utilizes block scheduling and includes Advanced Placement courses.
