Originally serving 11 students on the veranda of a private home, KAS expanded consistently and moved to its current location in 1984. The US-style curriculum incorporates elements from programs in Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom. The school offers computer instruction at all grade levels and encourages pupils to study a foreign language. After-school activities convene two days per week.
