Joliet Catholic Academy

The school resulted from the 1990 merger of Joliet Catholic High School for boys (founded in 1918) and St. Francis Academy for girls (established in 1869). JCA's college preparatory curriculum includes a four-year honors program and Advanced Placement courses in the major disciplines. Students satisfy community service requirements at each grade level: five hours in grade 9, 10 hours in grade 10, 15 hours in grade 11 and 30 hours in grade 12.
