A pluralistic school enrolling boys and girls from various Jewish, social, economic, educational and geographic backgrounds, JCHS conducts a college preparatory curriculum that combines general and Judaic studies. Three central learning areas constitute the program: math and science, arts and humanities, and Jewish studies and Hebrew. Classes emphasize logical thinking, clear writing and expression, public speaking, creative expression and critical thinking. Students satisfy a 25-hour annual community service requirement.
