Designed to meet the needs of the international community in Amsterdam, ISA enrolls students from around the world. Most pupils come from the US, Japan, the UK and The Netherlands. The school follows the entire IB progression, from the Primary Years Program (ages 3-11), to the Middle Years Program (ages 11-16) to the Diploma Program (ages 16-18). A wide selection of activities, many of which incur a participation fee, includes athletics, foreign language lessons and performing arts groups. Offerings in the visual and performing arts are also plentiful. In addition, ISA schedules various social events.
