Heuser Hearing & Language Academy

Young children who have a hearing loss serious enough to require amplification and educational intervention may enroll at the school. Functioning as both a teaching and a diagnostic center, the academy provides daily activities that promote language, speech, listening and cognitive development. The school, which is part of the Heuser Hearing Institute, serves as a regional center for cochlear implant evaluation and post-implant rehabilitation. The school accepts the following conditions: Deafness.
