Gulliver students from grades PreK3-12 have the opportunity to discover a plethora of programs to become lifelong learners. Founded in 1923, by Arthur Gulliver and purchased by Marian Krutulis in 1953, Gulliver Schools has developed into a complex of five integrally related campuses located in Coral Gables, South Miami, and Pinecrest, Florida.

The School has received the U.S. Department of Education Blue Ribbon School of Excellence, and is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, the Florida Council of Independent Schools, the Southern Association of Independent Schools, the Florida Kindergarten Council, and The Commission of International & Trans-Regional Accreditation. Additionally, the Gulliver Preparatory Campus was the first private school in Florida to offer the prestigious International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme and has received an overall 98 percent pass rate for the last decade.

The school offers 31 Advanced Placement courses in addition to Signature Academic Programs in engineering, law and litigation, architectural drawing, and biomedical sciences. More than 50 campus organizations and 35 sports teams are available that enable students to explore and discover their individual interests. Each year, students participate in more than 50,000 hours of community service and support more than 50 local and national charities. Gulliver has also been named The Miami Herald’s best small schools athletic program in Miami-Dade County for 15 consecutive years.

Gulliver believes that by involving students in worthy school, civic, and community service activities, they learn the importance of leadership, good citizenship, and active participation in a democratic society.
