Gstaad International School

Ahorn, 3780 Gstaad, Switzerland

Housed in a Swiss chalet in the Alpine region at an elevation of 3000 feet, GIS prepares boys and girls for the US College Boards and the IGCSE examinations. The college preparatory curriculum includes commerce and computer science offerings, as well as a mandatory European culture seminar. Two summer sessions provide English and French instruction, computer science and environmental studies classes, cultural opportunities and recreational activities. The school's Gstaad location places it within two hours of Geneva and makes GIS accessible to Austria, France, Germany and Italy.
