FIS' academic curriculum promotes inquiry-based learning and critical-thinking skills in an international environment. In addition to the core curriculum subjects, students receive instruction in ethics and German language at all levels, and Spanish language study begins in grade 6. The high school program prepares boys and girls for the IGCSE examinations at the end of grade 10 and the pursuit of the International Baccalaureate Diploma in grades 11 and 12.
