Foreign language, art, music and religion classes are core components of each student's education. In both the lower school (grades K-5) and the middle school (grades 6-8), programming focuses on the fundamentals of literature, math, science and social studies, as well as on critical-thinking and study skills. Five times a week, all pupils receive instruction in computer technology and the visual and performing arts. Middle schoolers satisfy the following community service requirements: six hours in grade 6, seven hours in grade 7 and eight hours in grade 8. Boys and girls attend daily chapel services.
