Episcopal School of Jacksonville
4455 Atlantic Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32207
Founded on a 88-acre campus on the south bank of the St. Johns River, Episcopal is located five miles from downtown Jacksonville. The establishment of the school was made possible by a broadly based community effort, augmented by Mrs. Alfred I. DuPont. Religion, the arts and classical languages are distinctive features of the solid college preparatory curriculum, which is offered in a Christian environment. Students satisfy the following community service requirements: compulsory project work in grades 6-8 and 100 cumulative hours of individual service in grades 9-12. While the majority of graduates attend Southern colleges, the school is well represented at competitive universities throughout the country.
