The curriculum at Dominican includes two compulsory years of Latin study and Advanced Placement courses in all major disciplines. The academy schedules a cultural trip abroad annually, and an enrichment series features at least two trips per year to nearby museums and performing arts centers. Community service is part of the theology curriculum, with each girl encouraged to volunteer in her local community and parish; in addition, seniors satisfy a 30-hour service requirement. Students may also embark on service trips to San Diego, CA, and Camden, NJ.
