Cotting's objective is to provide the necessary educational, vocational and therapeutic programs for children and adolescents with communication deficits, medical disabilities, moderate to severe learning disabilities, multiple physical disabilities and posttraumatic head and spinal cord injuries. The program includes individualized academic, prevocational, vocational and enrichment experiences. Comprehensive therapy and medical support services (including occupational, communication and physical therapies) are available on site, as are vision and dental clinic services. Children have access to appropriate assistive technologies. The school accepts the following conditions: Apraxia, Asperger's Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Learning Differences, Muscular Dystrophy, Neurofibromatosis, Orthopedic/Neurological Disabilities, Prader-Willi Syndrome, Spina Bifida.
