Colegio Gran Bretana

215-20 Carrera 51, Bogota, Colombia

CGB was founded to provide an English-language education and diverse environment to Bogota's international community. The school follows the English National Curriculum, with adaptations made to meet requirements for the Colombian National Curriculum and the US high school diploma. Secondary school students prepare for the IGCSE examinations. Boys and girls may then pursue the IB Diploma during their final two high school years. Spanish courses begin in Key Stage 1, with pupils being placed in groups appropriate to their ability. Students whose first language is neither English nor Spanish have opportunities to practice their home language.
