Chapel School (Escola Maria Imaculada)

Founded by the Oblate Fathers of Mary Immaculate to educate English-speaking Catholics in the area, Chapel provides a US-style education for elementary- and secondary-level pupils. Students take religion courses, in addition to Brazilian studies and Portuguese language classes. The school offers three different programs, leading to the US, International Baccalaureate and Brazilian diplomas. Graduates of the American program earn both an American high school diploma and the IB Diploma. Chapel's language of instruction is English, with the exception of course work completed for the Brazilian program.
