Pre-College Prep Curriculum centered around the traditional core disciplines and designed to both support and challenge students in preparation for the academic demands of secondary school. Class size ranges from 6-16 students.

PEAKSŪ (Personalized Education for the Acquisition of Knowledge and Skills) program designed to help students develop essential study and self-advocacy skills.

Program-specific classrooms located throughout campus, many featuring interactive white boards and conference tables.

Freda R. Caspersen Science Laboratories

Stoddard Center, housing the Kirk Library, a three-tiered multimedia resource center with more than 10,000 volumes; Humann Theatre, a 250-seat auditorium that hosts All-School meetings, lectures, films, concerts, music and drama performances; and the PEAKSŪ Suite.

Charles C. Gates I.D.E.A. Shop, dedicated to the Gates Invention & Innovation Competition and woodworking programs.

Offerings include fine arts, woodworking, drama, and music–including private lessons. Students of visual arts work in Bronfman Hall’s large, well-equipped art studio; drama participation includes practices and performances in Humann Theatre.

Sixteen interscholastic and intramural athletic offerings at various skill levels.

Facilities include seven athletic fields, 12 outdoor tennis courts, indoor hockey rink, five miles of nordic ski trails, wrestling room, rock climbing “cave,” fully equipped weight-training and conditioning room, and indoor/outdoor basketball courts.

Classes in session 7:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Extensive weekend activity and Thursday clubs programs, ongoing service learning projects including community service days, weekly nonsectarian Chapel program.

Class of 2012 enrolled at 40 independent secondary schools.
