Sos Pipera-Tunari 196, Comuna Voluntari-Pipera, Judetul Ilfov, Romania

AISB serves the English-speaking community of Bucharest, as well as other foreign pupils as space permits. Students come from the US, Romania, Israel, Canada, the United Kingdom and Spain, along with roughly 40 other nations. The academic program combines American and international curricular elements. AISB caters to the needs of the international student body: In addition to the IB Diploma Program (available in grades 11 and 12), the school offers both the IB Primary Years and the IB Middle Years programs. Outdoor education in grades 6-12 includes an annual expedition to the nearby Carpathian Mountains. Community service is an integral part of the AISB curriculum, as students in grades 9-12 perform 25 hours of compulsory service each year.
